These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Pakistani users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of z88h complies with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and z88h ("z88h", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at z88h.cam.

To open and maintain an Account on z88h, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
z88h reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
Each user is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or using alternative personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. z88h will never ask you for your password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. z88h is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain adequate password security.
z88h applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its license obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the z88h cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per method and are displayed in the cashier interface. All deposit amounts are shown in the account currency.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
z88h accounts may be denominated in the currency selected at registration. For Pakistani users, amounts may be referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for context, though the operative account currency is determined at registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Operator and may include a conversion margin.
You must not deposit funds originating from third parties or use your Account to process payments on behalf of others. Any such activity will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers issued by z88h are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements — sports bets, slots and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages, which are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period. Upon expiry, outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
z88h reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where we have reasonable grounds to believe a user has abused a promotion. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; coordinating with other users to exploit a promotion; or placing bets that contravene the spirit of a promotional offer.
z88h reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonus funds already credited to an Account before the modification takes effect.
All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport or game type. z88h reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that were offered in error or where odds were manifestly incorrect.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip. z88h may apply personalised stake limits to individual accounts at its discretion, including where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate activity.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before settlement; the odds were published in error; or the event outcome is affected by verifiable corruption or match-fixing. Void bets are refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.
In-play (live) markets may be suspended at any time due to real-time event changes. Bets placed during a suspension period will be refused. z88h is not liable for any delay between real-world events and the reflection of those events in the live betting interface.
z88h offers betting markets on Pakistan cricket (including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series), football and other sports popular with Pakistani audiences. Specific market rules, including settlement criteria for weather-affected cricket matches, are published in the Platform's sports rules section. z88h is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL, ICC or any other sports governing body.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z88h Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z88h, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, z88h's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
z88h may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to z88h.
Upon termination for cause, any outstanding Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be reviewed. z88h reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud or terms violation is suspected. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified remaining balances will be returned to the user via the original payment method.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. All pending bets will be settled normally. Remaining verified Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements. Any unclaimed Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. z88h reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee as stated in the current fee schedule, or to close the Account after reasonable notice. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce an account balance below zero.
z88h reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of the updated Terms document.
Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to first contact z88h's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. z88h aims to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
